Profiles:
Richard L. May, President
Richard May has over 28 years of healthcare practice management, administrative,
and consultative experience. Dick founded HuTech Resources, LLC in
1995 as a response to the need he saw for high level management expertise
in the physicians office. Dick demonstrates leadership
abilities and unparalleled foresight in product development within
the HuTech environment. He brings an extensive knowledge base and
practical experience in financial management, business strategy, and
all areas of practice management. Dick is an expert in identifying
problems, developing solutions, and improving efficiencies. After
receiving a B.A. in English Literature from Nebraska Wesleyan University,
Dick earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Jordan May, Director of Operations
Jordan May has twelve years of healthcare practice management, consultative
and accounts receivable management experience. He has been with HuTech
Resources since its inception and is an excellent resource for the
evaluation and implementation of practice management software as well
as the optimal utilization of such tools. Jordan demonstrates strong
leadership and holds a results-oriented focus allowing him to capitalize
on opportunities and reduce inefficiencies. He brings extensive, practical
knowledge regarding policy and procedure development and has valuable
experience with managed care, AR management, operational issues and
business development. Jordan is a certified reimbursement consultant,
received a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and is currently
completing his M.B.A. at Northern Illinois University.
Jonathan May, Director of Training and Staff Development
Jonathan May has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years
and has been with HuTech Resources, LLC since 2001. Jonathan received
his BSN from the University of Illinois and has clinical experiences
in the hospital, clinic, home health and managed care arenas. He possesses
exceptional interpersonal communication skills and motivational abilities.
Jonathan is also an excellent resource for the evaluation and implementation
of technology and software for ideal application. His collaborative
approach and problem solving skills allow him to achieve results in
any environment. Jonathan has significant knowledge of healthcare operations
and practical experience which allow him to bridge the gap between
business and clinical issues. He is also currently completing his M.B.A.
at Northern Illinois University.
